Quality Management Policy

Introduction

IVB Industrievertretungen GmbH is committed to the continuous improvement of its processes and services to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the efficiency of our internal operations. This Quality Management Policy forms the foundation of our Quality Management System (QMS) and aligns with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Purpose

The purpose of this Quality Management Policy is to establish the principles and commitments of IVB Industrievertretungen GmbH regarding quality and continuous improvement. This policy serves as a guide for all employees and ensures that our quality objectives are achieved.

Scope

This Quality Management Policy applies to all areas and employees of IVB Industrievertretungen GmbH. It encompasses all processes, services, and products created, processed, and delivered within the framework of our QMS.

Responsibilities

  • Management: Management is responsible for establishing and reviewing the Quality Management Policy and providing the necessary resources for its implementation.
  • Quality Manager (QMR): The QMR is responsible for implementing and maintaining the QMS, conducting internal audits, and providing training.
  • Employees: All employees are responsible for adhering to quality guidelines and procedures and for continuously improving their work processes.

Documentation and Control of Information

All QM documents, including manuals, policies, processes, templates, checklists, and forms, are created, reviewed, and approved according to the process description PB001 Control of Documented Information.

Documentation is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it meets current requirements

Certifications

We strive for certification according to ISO 9001:2015 and continuously work to meet the requirements of this standard.
